Relationship Difficulties
The patterns that repeat aren’t random, and they don’t have to be permanent.

You’ve Been Here Before
You find yourself anxious the moment someone goes quiet. Or you shut down when an argument starts, not because you don’t care, but because something in you just closes.
Maybe the people you’re drawn to feel right at first, and then months later, you’re wondering how you ended up feeling so alone in the same room as them.
These Patterns Have Roots
Many of the ways we move in relationships developed long before we had language for them.
Early on, we learned what it meant to reach for someone, whether comfort came, whether closeness felt safe or costly. Those early lessons became the emotional blueprints we carry into every relationship as adults.
This isn’t fate. It’s history. And history can be understood.

What We Do Together
In our work, I help you slow down and look at these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Part involves understanding the emotional history. Part involves noticing how those dynamics show up now.
And part involves learning to recognize the signals your body sends when closeness, conflict, or vulnerability arise. The tightening in your chest during an argument. The urge to withdraw when emotions rise. These signals often appear before words are spoken. Learning to read them, rather than be overtaken by them, is central to this work.
I want to be honest: some sessions will bring up more than you expected. That’s not a sign something is wrong. It’s usually a sign something is finally moving.
What Begins to Shift
Over time, the moment before you pull away gets longer. There’s more space between the feeling and the reaction, space where a different choice becomes possible.
Connection becomes less confusing. Relationships begin to feel steadier, more mutual. The patterns that once felt inevitable begin to loosen. Not all at once. But genuinely.
